July Randoms

The packing began in July.  We have been here for 2 1/2 years and I can't believe how quickly the time went.
The kids in the neighborhood play in our yard and street daily.  Here are four boys playing swords...
Tee Ball is lovely.  We are doing it with Alicia and Sharon so we have social time while watching the kids play ball.
I love that my parents will allow us to have friends over at their house!  We had a fun day there with the Saari's, Souza's and my parents!
It was wonderful having an extra two sets of eyes!

Soren, Lucy, and Maeta had a fun day at Gymnastics camp!  I adore Selah in this picture!
One beautiful week day night we took the kids to the Stillwater caves to explore.  It was a gorgeous night.

The slip and slide has been a huge hit this Summer...

One morning we brought the toys out and the neighbor hood kids all came out to play.  I felt like we were having a Summer Camp!  The girls played gymnastics...
We had slip and slide going and a bunch of toys out!
Dustin brought trailers home a few nights and we started packing them full!

Story time before bed.
Selah and Fro Fro's, soooooooo cute!

Soccer Camp

Soren wanted to play soccer this Summer so we signed him up for a week long camp through our church.  It was an awesome camp.  And Soren developed a huge love for the game!
His buddies Corban and Josiah were also in the camp.  It was so cute bc all three boys were missing their two front teeth.  They would stand in a circle talking with their big gummy smiles!
Soren had a wonderful coach.  He was on team Nigeria and this is them doing their cheer.
"Jesus is the light, shining in the night...Goooooooooo Nigeria"
Every day they also had devotions as a big group and small group.
Cheering squad

The last day they had a show and Soren got to hold a sign during it!
Way to work hard Soren!

20 Ultrasound!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before we even got pregnant with this baby, we had decided that if the Lord blessed us with another baby we would wait to find out the gender until birth.  We found out with Soren, waited with Maeta, found out with Selah, so we decided we liked both ways and should make it even.  Through this pregnancy I wasn't even tempted to know the gender and we even had an ultrasound at 18 weeks and didn't peek.  But about 2 days before our 20 week ultrasound I started feeling an urge to know, but we decided to stay strong and wait!  Well the day of our ultrasound I was feeling strong and ready to NOT look but an hour before I called Dustin who was on his way home from work and said, "wouldn't it be such a fun night finding out?"  He agreed but said we would decide on our way there.  During the ultrasound we still didn't peek but had her put a gender pic in an envelope for us if we wanted to open it during dinner.  WE DID!

Here we are with the envelope before heading into Olive Garden (we went here after each 20 week ultrasound with all 4 kids)...
What could be in the envelope????
BOY
We opened it shortly after ordering and could not believe it!!!!  We were shocked that this little one was a boy.  We both thought it was a girl!  We even had our girl name: Opal Mary Ann Williams
But we are oh so thrilled to get a boy.  How blessed we feel to get another son.  Soren and all the kids were praying for a boy!

We decided to stop for some balloons and fill a box to tell the kids.  We filled it with a color for each of them!!!  Everyone was jumping and yelling hurray!!!

2 boys, 2 girls
We praise God for your life and we so look forward to meeting you little man!  Your mommy and whole family love you so much!

Beautiful Maeta

Maeta, you are 4 1/2 and such a joy.  Daddy and I have to often remind ourselves that you are 4 because you seem like such a big girl.  You love playing with Soren and Lucy.  You go with the flow and have such a joy in your step!  We are so madly in love with you.  You even learned how to ride a bike with NO training wheels.  You are also starting to swim without any water wings and you LOVE learning these big girl things!
We are so thankful for you Maeta darling!

4th of July

This year we enjoyed another 4th of July at the Williams pool party.  Although the day turned out wonderful it began a little scary.  On July 3rd my parents offered to take our kids for a sleepover, a blessing for both the kids and us!  We enjoyed a beautiful night out in White Bear.  We woke up the next morning to coffee and a walk.  We were just about to leave and get the kids before heading to our pool party when I began to bleed pretty heavily.  Always a scary thing when you are pregnant.  Especially only 18 weeks pregnant.  We called our doctor who told us to head into Labor and Delivery to see what was going on.  We got there and were relived when they found a heartbeat right away, Praise God.  They sent us to an ultrasound and baby looked great.  Turns out, they couldn't find anything wrong and we got to leave!  We were so thankful and knew the day could have turned out very differently.  We got the kids and weren't even very late for the party!  And I started feeling baby move the very next day, which is always reassuring!!!

Here is a few pictures of our day...

Camping

We took the kids camping for their first time and it was a great success!  We only went a 1/2 hour away and stayed 1 night because we didn't know what to expect.  It was a wonderful time!  Dustin got a week off of work in July so we went Monday of the fourth week.
We did a lot of biking, swimming, s'more making, and exploring!

This is the same rock we always climbed as kids and there is a little nail in it that looks like gold.  I remember trying so hard to get it out when I was little and so did Soren and Maeta.  They thought for sure they could get it out!

 17 week baby bump!

We played the game, "(name), do you love me" and the kids laughed so hard at each other.  Here is Selah trying to get Maeta to laugh by holding her face and saying, "Maeta, do you love me?"

 Dusk swimming...

 Sleeping actually went really well!

It was a wonderful time just being together!
